As a consultant, I had the opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors, partnering with C-level teams and delivering world-class solutions.
However, I realized that consulting alone doesn’t provide the full picture—you rarely see the long-term impact of your recommendations or the real-life challenges that arise after implementation. This insight led me to transition into an internal HR leadership role.
I have gained extensive hands-on experience leading major transformation projects within organizations, including being a key member of management teams during the sale of companies to investors, orchestrating mergers and acquisitions, and guiding HR transformations during the merging of two large organizations as a "merger of equals." In these roles, I focused on finding synergies, developing integrated processes, and implementing best practices from both entities. Additionally, I hold a certification in change management.
